weird handshake what does it mean lol

Ok so i got a weird handshake and it was like the other person would grab your fingers crunch up their hand and then use their index finger and trace one straight line in the same row like "I" three times what does that mean? I noticed the other person didnt do it to the people im hanging out with and did it to me only.... what does it mean lol
