Bbt rise or no

I don't track my bbt. To be honest I have kinda given up on having another baby. I have never really tracked my bbt. However I know when it's up, I think. Tonight when I got up(I work overnights), I was super hot. Not sweaty, just hot. Hubby and I had sex last night, so I was just wondering what everyone thought my chances are for this cycle. I really don't want to get my hopes up just to have them crash. Been trying for 4 years now. Our twins are almost 8.
