HELP !!!

So me and my boyfriend had sex this past Sunday and he condom broke . He came inside of me and I'm not on birth control at the moment . I'm kind of nervous because I've been feeling so nauseous . I was wondering wens the earliest I can take a test ?? Yesterday I really couldn't hold down any good . Is it possible to be having signs this earlier ?? Anything helps guys !! Thanks !
