Confused!!

Okay, so I'm 30 and have pcos.. It took me 3.5yrs of trying to have my now 5yr old son.. pregnancy tests didn't show a positive till I was 13 weeks already my levels are that low....

But all that aside, for the last 6 months my periods have been on time down to the day (first time in my life it has been like this) now I finished my last period two weeks ago, and today I had a light blush pink spotting with a big dizzy spell.. Never had this before and I know I won't show on a test till over 8 weeks.. I'm going for an ultrasound if no period in two weeks.. * has anyone else had this happen before, and what could it be...
