Well month 19 here we come. Af started this morning. I am devastated😢 gonna keep taking my temp and use opk. Only thing I am gonna take is prenatal vitamin and probiotics. Got husband some vitamin with zinc 22.2mg and selenium 122.5mcg see if that will help.
