16 Days With My Period

Im a mother of 3, i have had 3 C_sections and on my last one i asked and even sign the papers to get the tubal ligation and i tough i had it done. 3 years later i discovered that NOOOOO, they did not do the friking tubal ligation. And i was having sex with my husband and not taking care of it. I really wanted to kill those pleople at the hospital. After the c section my period went crazy. I can have it just one day at a month or 9 days and then get back 5 days later. Im on DEPO SHOT but i have been with my period for 16 days already. Dont know what to do, Im going CRAZYYYYYY. Any suggestions?
