Aunt Flo??

Still waiting patiently for AF to come. It'll be 6 weeks on the 21st since I've had my D&C. Well today I've noticed I have a dull achy pain on my right side. Not my actual side but down lower. My ovary maybe? Could this be a sign of my period coming? I feel like I haven't had my period in so long (4 months) that I've forgotten what the period cramps are like. Lol not sure if that's what it could be. We have had unprotected sex a few days ago but I don't think I could be pregnant. My hcg levels have still not gone down to 5.
