Can someone please ease my mind according to glow on 9-10-2016 i was 5w 3 days

On 9-13-2016 i was 5w 6daya and these Re my hcg levels they saw a sac only should i be worried that ill misscarry

9-10-2016 my hcg were at 495

9-13-2016 my hcg were 715
