Possible MC

I'm about 7 weeks. For the past 3 days, I've had a horrible UTI. I was prescribed medication but they don't seem to be helping. This morning I went pee and was feeling much better, when I wiped I notice a small piece of tissue (maybe an inch big). I'm not bleeding, and I'm not cramping. My UTI is still here, but not as bad. Could that tissue be from a misscariage? Or would it be UTI related? I'm just going to have something to eat and then head to the ER
