5 week U/S - Twins or Implantation Bleeding?

I went for my 5 week appointment yesterday. I recently had 2 ectopics this year. One passed on its own(rt side) and I had to get my right tube removed in July with the second. Dr said she thought what she was seeing was implantation bleeding but then said it looks like there may be 2 sacs & my body making up for what I lost this year.

Anyone have this same thing happen? Was it blood or 2 sacs?

It's driving me crazy not knowing. Next apt is Oct 3rd
