How long would you wait to announce that your pregnant?

I would waiting until the end of the first trimester.... My first pregnancy I told everyone I was just so happy then I had a miscarriage after 9 weeks pregnant and that experience I wouldn't wish on anyone it was horrible.... My second pregnant I kept it between my husband and I then revealed our pregnancy at the end of the first trimester and it was amazing. And I'm hoping to do the same thing with our next baby.... I'm 5 weeks pregnant 🙏

We're telling our families at 8 weeks after our first appointment. Then the rest of the world after 12 weeks on Halloween :)

This is my third pregnancy and will hopefully be my third child. I have always waited until 12 weeks to announce, but didn't this time. I just feel like whatever happens, happens. I am too excited and happy to keep it a secret. I won't share on social media until 8 weeks or so, but my friends and family knew pretty much from the time the second line appeared 😍

Wait until after 12 weeks for sure. Just lost our baby at 5 weeks but we had plan to tell after thanksgiving which would be way after 12 weeks.

We both agreed to wait until 12 weeks to tell anyone but family after a MC in June where we told everyone right away.  Having to explain to everyone that we lost it and the constant questions was heart breaking.  We just found out 2 days ago we are blessed to be expecting twins and both of us are now having trouble not telling everyone lol I'll be 7 weeks Monday and have an ultrasound Monday morning so we are probably going to "officially" announce after the ultrasound

My first we waited until 12 weeks for any social media. And told my parents and his at 7 weeksishh. This time I told my parents at 5 weeks but have not announced to social media yet.

Same. My first pregnancy I told everyone and I miscarried. The worst part was people continuing to ask how the pregnancy was going long after the miscarriage. This is baby 3 for me and like the other 2 I will wait until second trimester. 😊

My husband and I were going to tell family right away,  and wait to tell anyone else, however my brother,  who is 7 and excited to be "the youngest uncle ever" felt the need to blurt it out in church. So we just started telling people today,  at almost 6 weeks. If we don't people,  my brother will lol.

I've also figured that people knowing won't change the outcome,  so there's not much point in keeping it quiet

We've only told our immediate families and close friends. Everyone else, we are waiting at 12 weeks.
