Trying to get pregnant

Hey guys or should I say gals.... I've been trying to come out pregnant a lol but over a year now and I haven't come out pregnant. I went to Mexico to take some rest they told me I had a cyst at first then I told them my situation of me not coming out pregnant so they did more test and they said I had my both my fallopian tubes plugged. So any suggestions out they?? I need HELP ASAP! I want to come out pregnant!
