finally a positive

My boyfriend of 10 years and I Have been trying for over two year to get pregnant I found out I had hypothyroidism in February with a goiter and nothing was fixing or helping so I finally got my thyroid removed august 9 and BAM I'm pregnant this month!! Found out this morning!! 😍 Unfortunately between all of this my boyfriend and I haven't been exactly been getting along all that well, so it's a little complicated. And he isn't exactly excited about this 😟💔  I just don't know what to do any advice?
