Smoker Roommate Rant

So our roommate and his daughter rent the bottom half of our shared rental. His door is right underneath our kitchen window. We like to keep the kitchen window open for fresh air but when he smokes he does it right outside his door and it goes directly into the house! He's either totally oblivious (I frequently close the window as soon as I start to smell it and I know he can hear that) or doesn't give a $hit! And to top it off, the window to our baby's room is also right above his door. I'm currently sitting on our deck (other side of the house) with windows and door open and a fan on at almost 37 weeks because our house reeks of cigarette smoke. All I want to do is lay on the couch and watch TV!! Ugh, I hate this!

Update:

5 minutes after I post this he comes around to this side of the house smoking another f-ing cigarette! I have literally nowhere else to go to get away from his second hand smoke!!!
