Hi all just wondering how many times you have sex a day during ovulation period? Is there a limit to how many times a day and whether it affects the sperm activity?

My Obgyn suggests sex every other day during fertile window to give sperm time to replenish.

We've tried every day and that didn't work - seemed to be too much for us and felt more like work , so now we go every other day during fiertile period and as much as possible during ovulation! Good luck 👶

We've been trying for 4 months and we did it every two days... this month only the once so I defo don't feel hopeful but only time will tell waiting on AF it's due 29th
