Contractions...when do you make the call?
Tracking these contractions is a pain. I don't want to call and it be a false alarms. I also don't want to wait too late because I have a record of delivering quick. When did you make the call or wake up your spouse to say you were in labor?
I'm 39+5, DD 9/19, my water hasn't broken, no mucus plug or bloody show. The baby is only moving between the contractions and not as active as usual. Way more laid back. I have to keep emptying my bladder to be sure this is consistent. This is my 6th pregnancy and I don't remember what it felt like when it was time.
Not to mention these contraction counting apps are sucking right now. One is saying I am in first stage labor: active however when I was tracking my BH's it would say the same thing.
Any one else having contractions or know a sure fire way I should be going about this?

UPDATE!
I was definitely in labor and had my baby boy at 5:14 am! A little over 3 hours later. I'm so happy that he's here! We will be resting and taking it easy. 😍😍😍
