period problems

Hi,

I was just wondering if someone can help me, my period keeps coming back like every week as it shows on the period tracker😩 my period is never regular but I used to have the implant in that's why I hardly had my period in the past but on the 21st June I had my implant taken out and replaced it with the IUD could the IUD cause me to be on my period so much or what? I am going to phone the doctors about it but just want to know what is going on before going doctors
