baby sweating At night

My son is 3 months old and we were doing light fabric swaddles but last week he started getting out of them and I woke up to him crying and the swaddle over his face. So we stopped using those. So we tried Velcro swaddles and he started sweating. Now we tried the zipper swaddles because they're a little more loose. But he's still sweating in them. We have the ceiling fan on medium, a large floor fan on high and have the house temp at 72 degrees. So we don't know what to do. Maybe no swaddles and just put him in light full body suits? Any ideas?
