shortness of breathe after csection

I had my second csection on Monday. Ever since I was released I've had shortness of breathe which has left me sleepless as well as panicky. I have my follow up appointment next week and already spoke to my dr who said it's perfectly normal. I honestly don't remember this during my recovery the first time. Anyone else feel like they've run a mile just to go to the bathroom?
