Can you guys showed me early ultradound of twins?

Im 5 weeks pregnant and i have an ultrasound done two days ago and the tech show me that it look lije twins or maybe triples and saw the three sag but im not that sure. I think its to early ti tell or see anything. What do you guys think. Also she can't give me any pics because it was done at ER.
