Blood in stomach acid

I'm 13 weeks, almost 14. My Dr have me some pills for my morning sickness but I ran out of those 3 days ago. I can't eat because I throw it up (everything except popsicles) and this morning I threw up stomach acid that had blood in it. Is that normal??
