spotting/abnormal bleeding

the last day of my period was on Wednesday sep 14  and on  Sunday sep 11  my boyfriend and I had sex(while still on my period) we used a condom but it had broke, Monday we went to the pharmacy and got the morning after pill. and early this morning I noticed I was bleeding... and I am still bleeding. but my period stopped on wednesday....what could be wrong??? this has never happened before and I am a little concerned. please help!!!
