Is this normal?

I'm 18 have been getting my period for about 5 years now, and I have protected sex with my boyfriend (whom is the only person I've ever had sex with) Last month my period was two weeks late, I took tests and I wasn't pregnant. This month it's two weeks early. Is this normal? I don't think this has ever happened to me before!

It's happened to me a couple times and it throws me off every time but sometimes it could be that there's something different in your routine or maybe you've been stressed out. One time, a week before my period I spent most of it eating a lot of avocados and putting limes on almost everything, that it ended up delaying my period by three and a half days. Some foods tend to mess with your period too. Just check what you've eaten and as long as your not pregnant and still get your period later on you should be fine.
