Question

Has anyone lost one of their ovaries due to it being twisted? I went through that in August when I got a c-section, they seen it all twisted and that was why I was in all of that pain and the baby's heart rate kept dropping due to the blood flow stopping on that side and now I'm freaking out when we want another kid I know it's going to be really hard especially since getting pregnant with our first one took almost 5 years :(
