How many times per day do you do tummy time?

My baby hates it. So I barely do it. She's been able to hold her head good, since she was about 4 weeks old. Everyone was always shocked when I told them how old she was, and holding her head upright with out help.  Now at almost 12 weeks she tries to sit up from a almost laying down position. She'll spit-up from trying so hard. I don't know what to do with her. Shes growing to fast.  💖💘💗💘💖
