In Hospital going thru Preterm Labor at 32w5d

I've been in hospital since Thursday at 32w2d.  In the morning I went to use bathroom, when I wiped there was a lime size blood clot and then blush gushed out into toilet. No symptoms no pain, very unexpected.  So went to hospital, and by he time I get to hospital now I'm experiencing period like cramps.  They checked me and told me then I'm 3cm dilated.  They gave me steroids for baby's lungs jic and they put me on antibiotics and meds to stop contractions.  By Friday night contractions stabilized but was dilated 4-5 cm.  Started contracting again but not consistent and not extremely painful.  So doctors r just observing me, baby otherwise is looking great on monitors.  Her nickname here is Trouble... She is very active and their constantly adjusting her monitor because she is moving around so much. Well, they said no more med, they will let nature take its course, once I reach 6cm they will just induce me.  Well it's Sunday night, small contractions here and there but they check cervix this morning and still no changes, which is good. Because bake baby bake. But I feel like I would rather be at home as I'm getting so frustrated that I can't move around. So questions, any one experience similar? What r chances of me going home and carry to full term, or does r sound like baby is ready to come out out?
