need advice a little tmi

Ok I went into the hospital on Saturday night at 9 my contractions were less than 4 minutes apart but my cervix wasn't changing the contractions continued for the next 12 hours then they sent me home saying my cervix still didn't change. But my doctor was out of town and he told me since I am having a csection I needed to go to the hospital if I was showing any signs of labor. So now it's Monday last night I had "bloody show" and a few contractions. I am 38 weeks what is your ladies advice about me going into labor soon?
