What does stretching pain feel like?😳

For the past week I've been having some full pain in my legs, pelvis, and sides. I've heard the baby's HB today actually but even bough the pain don't hurt and isn't strong it's still scary? 11 weeks BTW

So with that being said what does stretching pain feel like ?

Stretching as in your muscles and ligaments from your uterus growing? If so it can be painful, sore, and sometimes (at least for me) feels like a pulled muscle or shooting pain. When My stomach muscles started to tear and stretch i felt like I'd done 100+ crunchies I was so sore.
