Off topic: what's your favorite meal to make?

I need some dinner ideas I've been stuck in a rut lately!
My family loves Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes and corn.

I love cooking. Autumn chowder, chili, goulash, eggplant parm, chicken parm, meatloaf. Oh I have a good meatloaf recipe! If your family likes a meat and potatoes kind of meal. 
Breakfast for dinner- French toast casserole. Or just plain pancakes eggs and bacon. 
Chicken pot pie, baked fish, cheese stuffed meatballs and pasta(this is one of my husbands favorites), fish sandwiches, steak salad with a homemade vinaigrette, grilled cheese with creamed tomato soup, tacos/chicken tacos, mozzarella baked chicken, roast or beef stew,  ...I could go on and on. Lol!!!

My favorite meals to make are:
Roasted veggie fajitas (very easy and yummy), fresh wraps, enchiladas, and just about anything you can make in the crockpot ☺️. Fresh soup and sandwiches are my go to in the fall and winter especially butternut soup.
