I don't know since everyone is diffeeent I still would talk to your doctor but I had the same thing around that time and it was implantation spotting . It was normal for me . Hope it is for you as well .

It looks like the discharge that you have when the embryo is implanting itself into your uterus. We notice everything when we find out about our pregnancies early. I found out about both of my pregnancies at 3 weeks and experienced this with both. No worries!
