35 week ultrasound

My OB scheduled an ultrasound at 35 weeks when i was 20 weeks due to seiing that my son had a kidney larger than the other one. I went back today and one of the kidney is still measuring bigger than the other one. The baby is also measuring 6lbs 6oz and is breech. Any other mom had a baby with an enlarged kidney? He wants to see me again in 3 weeks and discuss our option as the baby is breech and large. Any chances that he might still turn ?
