has anyone been told

To call their doctors office when their BP is over 150/90? This is what my doctor wants me to do. I feel like it's a pain in the ass though. I had to go in three times last week and every time I went in my BP would sneak back down from 161/92 to 148/90 (that was one of the three times but you get the point). Over the weekend is was 160's/90's but my office is closed and I was doing alright so I just tried to relax. Today I've taken it twice and the last reading was 161/91. I really don't want to call and have them say they want me in bc all they do is take my BP and say we need to keep watching you and then send me back home. It's a real PITA to have to ring my two kids with me and sit there just to be told to go back home. What have your experiences been with this? If anyone is dealing with it that is. Tia ladies
