For my entire pregnancy, I have been seeing a perinatologist due to my high risk status. He has been both pleased and impressed with my son's development until my last appointment with him (32 weeks 1 day). He said the baby's abdomen growth was 8 days behind and the blood flow through my umbilical cord was low. 😕 he wants me back to monitor the baby on Wednesday (34 weeks 1 day) and says he will determine whether or not he plans to take the baby before his due date.
