Is it normal to feel it constantly? I had 2 episodes today of just almost unbearable pain... maybe last 20 min or so each... in this one localized spot in my left side hurt sooo bad. Also my whole tummy and lower back hurt pretty bad almost like a contraction. And have just been very sore and achy leading up to both times. That one spot still mildly hurts. But been ok now for 4 hours... seconed pregnancy and never had this with my first. Does this sound like ligament pain?? Just worring me a bit since i read its only supposed to last a min.
