Gallstones &Pregnancy

So I was told today that I have gallstones, the fetal doc didn't tell me anything about it so now I am just on Google driving myself insane. Does anyone know if u can get rid of them without surgery or is that the only way? Most likely bc I am pregnant they won't perform surgery on me but scared it might rupture one day. My insurance ends once the baby is here so if I have to wait till end of pregnancy I might be shit out of luck😞
