anyone else? not sure what to do!!!!

Yesterday around 6ish pm I gave my LO his first bath, and all thought out the night I noticed him sneezing and coughing, I've been keeping a close eye on his body temperature and its within the normal range.. He doesn't have a runny nose but he's still sneezing more frequently now and some coughing still going on.. No one in the house is sick.
