Final preparations.

I'm a FTM and 31 weeks tomorrow, but my to do list seems to be getting longer and there are a lot of daunting tasks on it. A few of those include prepping freezer meals for after delivery, installing car seat, packing hospital bag, and finishing getting things for nursery (will have to wait until after my shower next weekend). My question is what final preparations did you do and when did you do them?
