when to bd

What days should we bd? From glow fertile week starts today but other apps fertile week starts tomorrow or in a few more days. Glow says my ovulation day is Saturday. I have opks I know to go by that and not necessarily the apps but glow seems to be pretty accurate for the most part. So what days should we be having sex? Should we just do it everyday from today then on the day I ovulate?
