Is cheating okay?

my bff bf(now hubby) has cheated on her over 17 times!!! He even tried to hit on me! I don't see how you could love somebody after all that cheating or excuse them because it was before marriage? What are your thoughts? Also is it okay if your wife has sex with another woman? Is it still cheating?

Ok I had that happen once... My ex's best friend, whom I was also friends with his gf. One day asked me to have sex with him on the low and he would never say, I said no and it bothered me I told my BF at the time, he brushed it off 😑, anyways the sad part is, is that it all backfired on me and eventually his gf believed I made everything up and it ended our friendship. They are still together and I'm sure it wasn't his last attempt at getting something casual 😷 it sucks seeing this and knowing that no matter what people believe in someone who is so vile to them

Are you sure they don't have an arrangement? My girlfriend and her husband have an "open" marriage. (I think it's because they both want a family but don't want to be monogamous) anyway. Our friends started finding out that she was cheating and eventually someone told him but he said they had an arrangement and the only issue with that for him was that people found out and it was supposed to be a low key deal.

It's never ok to cheat. A wife having sex with another woman is 100% cheating unless the husband said it was okay beforehand. Having any secret sexual or emotional relations with anyone is cheating.

Cheating isn't okay because it implies they had an agreement to be monogamous and he repeatedly broke that promise. What's defined as cheating though is up to the couple. If someone has an open marriage or is open to their partner having same sex extramarital relationships, then that's not cheating.
