HSG exam

I had my HSG exam done a week ago. It was not as painful as I thought it was going to be after researching and hearing some stories. It was just mainly uncomfortable and awkward with 3 assistants and 2 doctors in the room. I had no blockage so I'm happy about that. My doctor mentioned that it can increase fertility. My question is, have any of you had good luck after your HSG exam and getting pregnant soon after? I am hoping the next 3 months will be our time!
