Fainting spells?

Anyone experience fainting spells in the 3rd trimester? 
Mine start with dizziness and lightheadedness, then cold sweats- like dripping sweat, and I feel like I can't breath. I just sit and keep my legs moving to avoid passing out. Also I get a strong crap I'm gonna throw up feeling. I'm not dehydrated or anemic. I've eaten, so it's not that. Anyone else experience this?

I'm so sorry your feeling like that! That's scary too!! I'm only 11 weeks with horrible vertigo and I feel faint a lot. The dr recommended to pick up motion sickness mess like Dramamine. So far hasn't helped. Are you taking anything to keep the blood sugar level normal? Hope you don't deal with this long!!!

Considering you said you aren't anemic, dehydrated, and you've eaten, I would definitely give your doctor a call. That isn't completely normal, not to the extent you've described.
