is it possible to drop early at 31 weeks?

For the past couple days I've been having extreme pelvic pressure and every so often it feels like my baby is pressing super hard down there. I looked at pictures of my bump and I look like I have dropped. My family has noticed my bump being super low as well. Is it possible to already have dropped at only 31 weeks?

Totally sounds like you dropped! Though I'm not sure it's normal to drop this early. I would talk to your doctor. Get your hospital bag packed and ready and make sure you have a car seat and somewhere for baby to sleep. You may be having your baby a little early, and it's best to be prepared. Better safe than sorry.

It's possible but it doesn't mean labor is near. Baby can drop and go back up all throughout pregnancy.

I dropped at 24 weeks but when I felt him do it, I immediately went and sat down and he re adjusted himself with minutes.. ever since then I have not felt him drop and now waiting for that moment nervously since I'm 38w and so close to labor.. yess it's definitely possible
