So much worried !!!!

I am admitted in hospital due to lo HB. I had my ultrasound on 19th sep. The result is shocking. My amniotic fluid level is just adequate. And my baby weigh only 2.4 kg. Am now at 36 weeks 4 days. They told me to continue admitted. Started iron infusion. And protein powder intakes. But am not sure that it will increase the amnotic fluid and baby weight in 12 days. They ask me to repeat scan in 12 weeks. There is an another problem with my breathing. I got wheezing and cough problem. Am totally mind down due to these problems. Somebody suggest me some foods to improve baby weight in 10 days.
