Tired of Spotting

I'm so tired of spotting I could cry. Last week I had red spotting from the monistat. This week I had brown spotting for 3 days from the yeast infection suppositories. Today I had link/red spotting after having diarrhea. I can't help but panic about the spotting. I'll be 11 weeks on Thursday. Anyone else have on and off spotting and successfully make it past the first trimester?
