implant bleeding?

I think I just had implant bleeding I'm 7dpo! I went to the bathroom rn and I wiped and there was just a spot light couldn't of noticed it unless I was looking and then a little darker and I looked at my underwear and there's a couple pastel looking red spots and that's never happened any thing it could be besides implant bleeding it's not a lot and I've only seen it once and I'm trying not to get my hopes up but I was cramping from 1dpo till 5 dpo and day 6 and today 7 was just super super minor if any cramping and idk My 3rd round of clomid 50mg and we used preseed 2 times this cycle I'm really not wanting to get my hopes up but it just seems like all signs are looking positive. Tomorrow I'm going in for a progesterone blood test so all this is making me anxious!(: any advice?
