Feeling Worried?

Does anyone else have the inexplicable feeling that something isn't right, or that something will go wrong very soon? I'm 16 weeks, and my morning sickness has finally stopped stopped... not feeling any movement, which I know is normal... not showing, but that's probably because I'm large... there is nothing to indicate any problems, but I just have this horrible nagging feeling that something isn't well in the womb. 😟😟😟

My next appointment is in a week. Anybody else feeling this way???
