Pooping everyday at 22 weeks?

I have read that when you poop more often your body is gettimg ready for labour? Im only 22 weeks so really scared!
Have you experienced the same?

Pooping every day is a good thing, around the same time every day is even better.

Before labor your body does sometimes "flush" out everything in preparation for childbirth but that's at the very end of your third trimester. You have nothing to worry about, poop away.

It's more like pooping 8 times a day often. 
You should be pooping atleast once a day but close to labor it's like 8 times a day or diarrhea.

I'll be 19 weeks and I poop everyday multiple times. I think it's just your body and I have pooped multiple times a day since before I got pregnant. Sorry if it's tmi😂
