Pain with ovulation on clomid

I was wondering what type of pain everyone has had while on clomid. My pain started roughly 4-8 days after I ovulated. I'm not exactly sure when I ovulated I'm just 99% sure it was between day 10-14 of my cycle. Anywho, on day 18 I started having intense cramping on and off, when the cramping isn't intense I still feel a little tender. I've also been nauseous on and off and have had some lower back pain. My doctor checked for cysts and then did a progesterone level check. No cysts but my lab results showed I ovulated for the first time. This is my 4th round of clomid and my dosage was upped to 150 mg. I've been having this pain for roughly 5 days now. Has anyone else experienced this? My doctor said it could also be that my uterus is expanding and I'm actually pregnant. I don't wanna get my hopes up so wanted some opinions and experiences from you ladies. Please help! Thanks!
