Ex MIL πŸ˜’

So my Ex mother-in-law sends my son some clothes every so often. This is her idea of "being involved in his life". I am very grateful for the things she sends and I always thank her. However every single time she sends stuff she wants me to sit down and change him into every piece of clothing she sent (sometimes there's 20 things) and take pictures and send them to her. She wants me to do this as soon as I receive the parcel. If I don't do it right away she will keep messaging me and asking until I do it. Am I the only one that thinks this is absolutely ridiculous? My son is 15 months old and some days it's hard enough just to get his coat on, never mind changing his outfit ten times in a row. I don't mind sending pics when he wears them but I don't want to seem ungrateful for not doing it all at once like she wants. Thoughts?
