discharge during pregnancy

I'm 21 weeks & ive been having a lot of discharge. I walked around the house naked & noticed I was literally dripping. It even goes through my clothing. This is my first child & I told my mom I thought my water was slowly breaking lmao but is all this discharge normal? Like it's ridiculous
